Young Adult Camp

We thank God for the opportunity to host the Fusion Connect youth camp. Twenty-five young adults came to our camp. Some were already ministers, growing in Christ, and having the desire to carry the good news to their peers. Others have arrived for the first time, and for us, it was an incredible time to introduce them to the Love that fills our heart. And some have set foot in our camps before. So this was an opportunity to remind them of the sacrificial Love of our Heavenly Father.

The central theme of our camp was “Home.” Over three weeks, we read three parables: the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the prodigal son. During our evening devotionals, each participant was able to think deeper about their value, about God’s Love to him/her and about what God expects from us. It’s a fantastic experience when every person opens up and tells stories from their life, even when they were the ones in fault.
We also had a time when each participant could nail their sin and brokenness to the Cross.

One of the critical tools for building relationships was music. Each participant could choose to attend two masterclasses. And at the end of camp, we had a splendid concert, comprised of 8 songs that we learned while we were at camp.
