Christmas Services looked different for different churches this year. Some still or again online, some meeting face to face, but either way it was a time filled with blessing and joy of celebrating our Savior’s birth!
We had a great time talking and discussing the topic of stress and crisis in ones life or relationship. Though it is a time of hardship, often it is also a time of opportunity.
“Christ’s Ressurection” Church in partnership with the “Uman Aid Center” continues to help families and lonely individuals, who have found themselves in difficult situations because of the pandemic.
This Sunday (October 11), we had a triple holiday! Church birthday (we are 2 years old), Thanksgiving and International Pastor’s Day! It was amazing!
Round table Exponential. One day, 130 cities, 28 countries, 24 languages , and 6 time zones. The topic of the round table is “How to ignite the culture of multiplication”.One of the round tables in Ukraine was held in our city, in the Church of Reconciliation. During the day we focused on different aspects of multiplication! It all starts with values, it shapes our priorities, and why we prioritize becomes our history and culture, manifested through our behavior! “Multiplication can start with one person”
Time is the new currency of the 21st century.
So, in order to have enough time for the important things, we need to know what those important things in our life are. And then, start moving step-by-step to our goals. We had an amazing opportunity to hear a seminar from @natbazilevych in which she helped us understand:
-why we feel like we don’t have enough time
-that we need to act as soon as we have an idea planted into our head
-that 15 minutes is not “I don’t have time” but “15 minutes of time that I have”
-that it’s important to have a vision of yourself that you are moving towards.
At the end of our lives, we want to stand before God and be confident in the way we spent our time.
Talking about personal finances. How to have a healthy relationship with money and your possessions. A very important, but rarely discussed topic.
Seminar on parenting and working with kids. Today we focused on how to be present with children how to hear their needs and be responsive.
Today we celebrated Holy Baptism! The most significant moments in the Christian life is giving your life to Jesus. We are full of joy to witness the public proclamation of their covenant with God of our brothers and sisters.
On this beautiful Sunday morning, we congratulated 15 brothers and sisters as they proclaimed their faith. After that, we had a celebratory Service, and in the end, we participated in the Lord’s Supper.
