Praise God for this lovely concert! This one took the longest time in preparation out of any other concerts that we held. The youth did a splendid job! Young leaders were hosting the program, and thought of creative ways in which to interact with the audience. It was also very valuable to us to have a chance to talk to the parents of the teens, and to see their support for their kids. And of course music is only a means for us to practice relationships, friendships, acceptance and love.
Christmas Services looked different for different churches this year. Some still or again online, some meeting face to face, but either way it was a time filled with blessing and joy of celebrating our Savior’s birth!
Multicultural Christmas Eve Service in Kyiv, Ukraine to remind us of how the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ is the hope of all nations.
We visited Lviv with a team of young leaders to participate in a conference on discipleship “Core2.” I was amazed by how enthusiastic the team was, their ideas, and their decisions. It’s very inspiring to see the growth of new leaders.
This weekend we had two Thanksgiving celebrations. First on Saturday with our teens, then on Sunday with the church. Praise God for giving us so much to be thankful for, and so many people to do it with.
We had a great time talking and discussing the topic of stress and crisis in ones life or relationship. Though it is a time of hardship, often it is also a time of opportunity.
