The 30th of September was the first time Uman has celebrated Thanksgiving Day! This day is celebrated in many countries in the world. Its goal is to thank God for a good harvest, for personal accomplishments, for our country, etc.
On the stadium Umanfermarch people have gathered with the intent to worship, praise and thank the Lord and to ask for peace.
There was also an orchestra and choir. One of the performers was the winner of the Ukrainian version of the vocal contest “The Voice”, Anton Kopytin.
There were also activity stations with yard games, photo booths, raffles, cookie decorating, hair braiding, henna painting, delicious food…
